Pre-orders

All pre-orders are eligible for a full refund if you change your mind before items are shipped. Please contact support.

Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, payment information and product selection is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. If you need to change your information after you place your order, but before it ships, contact support and we can help you.

Shipping

GilstrapTV LLC will on occasion offer shipping promotions with customers receiving free shipping if customers spend over a certain amount. These promotions can change without notice. 

Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products or services once a purchase has been completed.

Please ensure that you review all product details and service terms carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns prior to buying, we’re happy to assist and provide additional information.

In the rare event that a product is defective or an order is incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can evaluate and address the issue on a case-by-case basis.
